SOFCEP 2025: Bracaglia Speaker in Montecarlo and Signatory of the AICPE–SOFCEP Scientific Partnership

Prof. Roberto Bracaglia, President of AICPE – the Italian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, participated as an official Speaker at the SOFCEP Congress – Société Française des Chirurgiens Esthétiques Plasticiens – held at the prestigious Grimaldi Forum in Montecarlo from 29 to 31 May 2025.

The invitation, received with great honour, marked an important moment of international scientific exchange. The warm welcome of SOFCEP President Dr. Éric Plot, together with the participation of Past President Dr. Michiel Rouif and numerous plastic surgeons from around the world, made the experience particularly valuable.

The highlight of the event was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between AICPE and SOFCEP, a formal act that inaugurated a scientific partnership between the two societies. This strategic agreement will foster structured, long-term collaboration aimed at developing and sharing the best clinical practices in aesthetic plastic surgery.

Prof. Bracaglia was also invited to present two scientific lectures on techniques he personally developed, both of which generated strong interest among international colleagues:

• From Dual Plane to Triple Plane: Achieving the Best Coverage of the Implant, an in-depth analysis of his innovative technique to optimise breast augmentation results.
• Double Lateral Osteotomy, a high-precision method applied to rhinoplasty, presented with clinical evidence and outcomes.

Prof. Bracaglia extends his sincere thanks to SOFCEP for the invitation and for sharing a vision of aesthetic surgery grounded in scientific growth and collaboration among European centres of excellence.
