QUICK LIFT: THE "LIFTING" THAT, AFTER THE USA, IS BECOMING A TREND ALSO IN EUROPE

Have you ever heard of “Quick Lift”, that is the fast minilifting of the face and neck? It is one of the new trends that are also arriving in Europe and Italy from the USA, and in New York this practice is already a very established reality among professionals, actors, managers, both women and men. This innovative trend in cosmetic surgery – also known as Dynamic Lifting – takes place under local anesthesia with sedation and is a minimally invasive surgical technique. The target? To restore a more youthful profile to the volume of the face (since with aging the turgor and roundness of the cheekbones and cheeks tend to fade considerably) and to naturally combat the senile gravitational decay of the face and neck.

Today it is possible to reposition the profiles and volumes through vertical minitractions, in small tunnels of the dermis. This process hinders the natural gravitational aging of the neck and face, ensuring a more youthful and natural appearance: the final result can be defined as “harmonious”, after an operation that makes the use of a cosmetic surgeon practically unsuspected.

Furthermore, local anesthesia allows the cosmetic surgeon to contact the patient during the operation, and this allows a dynamic evaluation in real time to the surgeon, and also a final mimic and expressive naturalness, not just static.

The “quick lift” can be done at any age, without prejudice to the general contraindications of any cosmetic surgery, which the individual doctor will have to investigate ad hoc for each patient.

Another reason why many choose to resort to dynamic lifting is that it has a much more affordable cost than the traditional facelift under general anesthesia.

In addition, to give new life and beauty specifically to the neck, Intralifting of the Neck, based on radiofrequency, is also very fashionable, i.e. the use of electromagnetic waves that penetrate the fabric and generate heat. The heat obtained inside the tissues is used for “Skin-tightening” (which means skin firming), as well as for the reduction of post-acne scars, for the improvement of hypertrophic scars and keloids, as well as for the reduction of fat subcutaneous.

For intralifting, a millimeter-sized probe is used which – through an entrance hole – is positioned and used at the level of the deeper planes or tissues, whether they are the dermis, hypodermis, subcutaneous fat or muscle. It is a minimally invasive method, which guarantees immediate and long-lasting results even in a single session, thanks to the possibility of acting directly at the level of the “target” substrate, using even greater amounts of heat if necessary, but always without running the risk. to damage surrounding tissues. It is performed under local anesthesia with discharge within one hour; the scar is hidden and therefore invisible.
